BuildsBase Terms

1. Platform access

BuildsBase provides a software platform that connects clients, contractors, and suppliers. By creating an account or submitting a lead, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

2. Marketplace and payments

Marketplace orders and milestone payments are processed through third-party providers (including Stripe). You authorize BuildsBase to facilitate payments, hold funds in escrow, and disburse to contractors or suppliers according to approved milestones.

3. Contractor and supplier obligations

Contractors and suppliers must deliver services or materials consistent with accepted scopes, bids, and purchase orders. Pricing, availability, and delivery timelines must remain accurate within BuildsBase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operations. Automated scraping, abusive messaging, or misrepresentation is prohibited.

5. Liability and warranties

BuildsBase provides the platform "as is." We are not responsible for contractor performance or project outcomes. Our liability is limited to fees paid to BuildsBase in the prior 12 months.

6. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may also terminate access if the account is inactive or in breach. Data retention follows the privacy policy.
