Milestone disputes
Milestone payments are held until work is approved. If a dispute is raised, BuildsBase will review project documentation, communications, and inspection evidence. Funds remain in escrow until resolution.
Marketplace refunds
Marketplace orders may be refunded for damaged materials, incorrect quantities, or missed delivery windows. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
Resolution timelines
BuildsBase targets resolution within 10 business days. Complex disputes may require additional documentation and extended review.
